Deveria ser um documento essencial no com\u00e9rcio internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 igualmente aprovado pela CCI \u2013 C\u00e2mara de Com\u00e9rcio Internacional, como sendo um documento em conformidade com as Regras da UNCTAD\/ICC sobre documentos de Transporte Multimodal (UCP 481) e as Regras e usos uniformes para os cr\u00e9ditos document\u00e1rios (UCP 600).<\/p>\n<p>Atualmente j\u00e1 \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ao transit\u00e1rio emitir o eFBL no conforto do seu escrit\u00f3rio, desde que cumpra os requisitos de acesso e obtenha o software em open source que lhe permita aceder e emitir o documento, atrav\u00e9s de uma autentica\u00e7\u00e3o forte efetuada em API dedicada, com confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de identidade imediata pela FIATA, que regista o documento e lhe atribui um c\u00f3digo QR \u00fanico.<\/p>\n<p>Uma das grandes vantagens desta nova vers\u00e3o do documento, \u00e9 que o transit\u00e1rio, poder\u00e1 partilh\u00e1-lo em formato digital ou em formato de papel aos diversos intervenientes do transporte. A partilha do digital permitir\u00e1 um acesso on time do documento independentemente do local geogr\u00e1fico e do hor\u00e1rio onde se encontram os bens.<\/p>\n<p>Dada a forma como est\u00e1 a ser implementado, cria uma maior seguran\u00e7a nas transa\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais e transpar\u00eancia para as partes envolvidas e informa\u00e7\u00f5es fornecidas, garantindo a identidade das partes, o que \u00e9 essencial para o com\u00e9rcio internacional.
